4 Pin JST-SH Cable (Qwiic, STEMMA QT, Qw/ST)

These 4 pin JST-SH cables are great for hooking up microcontrollers, breakouts or other boards with Qwiic or STEMMA QT connectors (or as we like to portmanteau it, Qw/ST).
Whether you need crocodile clips for quick setup, DuPont-tipped jumper wires for plugging into breadboard, or just a straight cable to link two Qw/ST connectors we've got you covered!

Notes
- Adafruit also have a range of STEMMA boards, which use a larger JST-PH connector. These cables are only compatible with smaller STEMMA QT range.
- * If you're having trouble making an I2C connection or transmitting data reliably using the long 500mm cables try lowering your I2C clock speed!

I purchased this because I am working with 2 Raspberry Pi 5s, and only want to use 1 monitor, 1 mouse, and 1 keyboard for both boards. My keyboard is cordless, so I can put the dongle in the femail connector, and one of each mail plugs into the two Pi's. One toggle switch moves control between the two Pi's so I can go back and forth. The only small thing is it takes a bit of time after the switch is changed to get control, BUT it is much easer than easier then moving the plug in dongle. I love it!

A great short cable for connecting i2c sensors/devices if your Pico PCB has one fitted. 😊

A short tidy cable ideal if used in conjunction with the QT 5 port hub allowing multiple sensors (TOF,9-DOF,Temperature/Humidity/Pressure sensors to name just a few). Keeps the wiring short/tidy/reliable.

A great cable if you main Pico Main PCB has the Qwiic/Stemma QT connector fitted (like Pico Plus2/w or Pico Lipo by PiMoroni). I'm not a great fan of the DuPont connectors as they are realy untidy and sometimes unreliable if the mess of wiring is disturbed (like your Robot car rolling over).

Perfect with the HyperPixel 4.0 - Hi-Res Display for Raspberry Pi and a CYBERDECK HAT for Raspberry Pi 400.

“A nice breakout cable. First time using JST-SH connectors and I think I'll have to use them in my own projects now.”
