How can I pay for my order?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. Options will appear at checkout.
How do I track my order?
From November 2024, all shipments are fully tracked. Click the tracking link in your order history or use the email/SMS link if provided during checkout.
Are you VAT registered in the EU?
We're IOSS registered, so we collect VAT at your local rate for orders under €150.
Can I collect my order?
Yes! We can arrange warehouse collection with a few hours' notice. Postage will be refunded upon collection. Place your order online, then email support@pimoroni.com with your order number. Wait for confirmation before collecting. Collections may not be available during busy periods.
