    How can I pay for my order?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay. The options will be presented during checkout.

    How do I track my order?

    If you paid for courier delivery (UPS or DHL) or selected a tracked standard mail service during checkout then your tracking number will have been e-mailed to you. If you have an account you can also access your order history including tracking details by logging in.

    If you selected the cheapest standard shipping option during checkout then tracking is not included in the price of that service.

    Can I collect my order?

    We can usually organise collection of online orders from our warehouse (providing you give us a few hours notice to get it ready). We'll refund the postage when the order is collected.

    Place your order online as usual and then send us an email at letting us know the order number so that we can intercept it. Please wait for confirmation that it's ready before you come to collect!

    We may not be able to arrange collections at busy periods.

    Satnav directions can sometimes be spotty - stay on Parkway Drive until you pass Costco on your right then take the first exit at the mini roundabout and follow the road round until you see our big sign.

    If you're collecting an order, please knock on the middle shutter to alert the post ninjas to your presence. There's generally someone around between 9.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

    How do I use your products?

    Many of our products have tutorials to get started and introduce you to the features. They can be found linked from the product page on our store or by visiting our Learning Portal directly.

    All our code is open source and hosted on GitHub! Usually the appropriate link is on the product page itself but you can browse our entire set of repositories if that floats your boat.

    Our forums are also full of wonderful, helpful, customers just like you! A question posted there can often result in a quick answer that is tailored to your situation.

    And of course, if non of that can get you underway, our support team will be keen to help out. Just drop them a line.

    Do you offer educational discounts?

    We sure do! Sign up for an education account at our wholesale store to get access to our education pricing. With an education account you'll have the choice to either pay online or via purchase order, and you can also use our wholesale site to generate quotes.

    You will need to verify you represent an educational institution before we activate your account.

    Do you offer business pricing/bulk discounts?

    Yes! If you're planning on placing larger orders then sign up for a business account on our wholesale store and we can arrange an account with access to bulk pricing and credit terms. 

    Credit checks will need to be undertaken before we can activate your business account.

    What does Pimoroni mean?

    Pimoroni stands for Pirate Monkey Robot Ninja (Pi-Mo-Ro-Ni). We've forgotten why but we like it very much. It has the benefit of sounding like a brand of premium italian beer.

    How do you pronounce it?

    Pih (as in pimento) mo (your lawn) row (row row your boat) knee.
