Standard Shipping Information

We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders we send by standard shipping are handled by Royal Mail in the UK, or your local postal service if overseas. If you need faster shipping then choose UPS or DHL during checkout.

If you place your order before 14:00 GMT on a weekday, then we'll do our best to dispatch it the same day, however, at very busy times this may not be possible. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Rates Table

Standard Royal Mail shipping costs a flat fee of £3.90 inc. VAT. We always ship using the tracked Royal Mail 24 service, which in most cases delivers the next day following dispatch.

UPS or DHL shipping provide a tracked service with e-mail updates. Pricing is based on the weight of the order and the destination.

Import duties

You may be liable for import duties, sales tax, or customs processing fees if you’re outside of the UK. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re fully aware of the local requirements for importing goods from the UK to your location.

We cannot offer any refunds due to unexpected charges applied locally. We are required to include a commercial invoice with all shipments leaving the UK. We will never falsely report the value or contents of a shipment.

Courier surcharges

Please note that our shipping costs do not include surcharges which can be levied by couriers for customs clearance etc. For example, both UPS and DHL will charge a surcharge per line for orders over 5 items that need to pass through customs. Shipping to EU

From 1 July 2026, the EU will apply a €3 customs duty per item on low-value consignments (up to €150) imported from outside the EU. Find out more about these changes here.

We're working on improvements, but for now we can only ship to the EU by courier, and these new duties will be collected by the courier, plus an admin fee. If you're planning on placing a small order, you might want to consider ordering through one of our EU distributors.

We are registered for IOSS VAT collection in the EU which means we will collect VAT (at your local VAT rate) on all orders with a value of €150 or less (excluding shipping).

If you do have any issue with VAT or customs then contact our support team who will be happy to provide any extra documentation or support needed.

Shipping to USA

From 27 August 2026, all duties and taxes on US orders will now be collected at checkout.

This means US customers shouldn't face unexpected additional charges or delays when their orders pass through customs. It also means we can once again offer a choice of Royal Mail, UPS and DHL shipping options to the US! 🎉

Shipping to PO boxes

Please note that DHL and UPS do not ship to PO boxes or Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO).
