Standard Shipping Information

We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders we send by standard shipping are handled by Royal Mail in the UK, or your local postal service if overseas. If you need faster shipping then choose UPS or DHL during checkout.

If you place your order before 14:00 GMT on a weekday, then we'll do our best to dispatch it the same day, however, at very busy times this may not be possible. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

Rates Table

Standard Royal Mail shipping costs a flat fee of £3.90 inc. VAT. We always ship using the tracked Royal Mail 24 service, which in most cases delivers the next day following dispatch.

UPS or DHL shipping provide a tracked service with e-mail updates. Pricing is based on the weight of the order and the destination.

Courier surcharges

Please note that our shipping costs do not include surcharges which can be levied by couriers for customs clearance etc. For example, both UPS and DHL will charge a surcharge per line for orders over 5 items that need to pass through customs. Brexit

We are still shipping to our friends in the EU! 💙

After some early turmoil we're now seeing shipments into the EU being delivered smoothly with VAT and customs issues only occurring rarely. We're doing everything we can on our end to make sure your parcels pass through the choppy waters of bureaucracy quickly and safely.

If you do have any issue with VAT or customs then contact our support team who will be happy to provide any extra documentation or support needed.

IOSS VAT Collection

We are now registered with the IOSS in the EU. For all orders with a value of €150 or less (excluding shipping) we will collect VAT (at your local VAT rate) when you place your order.

This means that couriers will no longer need to collect VAT at the border which was the cause of a lot of the delays we've seen.

Import duties

You may be liable for import duties, sales tax, or customs processing fees if you’re outside of the UK. The vast majority of products that we sell do not attract import duties to destinations in the EU or USA but it’s your responsibility to ensure you’re fully aware of the local requirements for importing goods from the UK to your location.

We cannot offer any refunds due to unexpected charges applied locally. We are required to include a commercial invoice with all shipments leaving the UK. We will never falsely report the value or contents of a shipment.

Shipping to PO boxes

Please note that DHL and UPS do not ship to PO boxes.
