Pre-Order FAQ
When something new and shiny is released we'll sometimes run a pre-order, so you can put your name down for one early.
Once the stock arrives we'll get your order shipped out as soon as we can, and our post team will do their very best to send them out in the order in which they're received.
You'll receive a dispatch email once your order is sent out (along with the tracking number, if you chose a trackable shipping method).

We'll post up-to-date information on current pre-orders here. The dates below are our best estimates of when your pre-order is likely to ship but they are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

You can find answers to some frequently asked pre-order related questions below.
Can I order with non pre-order items?
Yes, but your order will only ship once it's complete and all pre-ordered items are in stock. We can't part ship orders so if you need some in-stock items urgently, we'd suggest placing separate orders for the in-stock and pre-order items.
Can I amend my pre-order?
We can't amend orders in any way once they've been placed, so we're not able to add / remove or swap items, make changes to the shipping address or combine multiple orders. We can cancel orders if they've not shipped yet though...
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Sure thing, drop our friendly support ninjas a message using our contact form if you'd like us to cancel and refund your order.
Can I collect my pre-order?
We can't organise in-person collections for pre-ordered items I'm afraid, we're just too busy :(
Can I buy more than one?
Some pre-orders are limited to one per customer to make sure that stock is as fairly distributed as possible. These restrictions are usually only temporary, and once stock becomes more freely available we'll remove them.
Multiple orders for 'one per customer' items will be cancelled by our post team.
