Tactile Switches

These pleasingly clickable tactile switches are available in three sizes and will come in useful in loads of electronic projects.

Momentary switches complete the circuit whenever the button is pressed down. They're ideal for soldering onto PCBs, protoboard or breakouts, but it's also possible to use them with solderless breadboards if you flatten out the legs!

We also sell an assortment of these switches in our Maker Essentials kit (along with some colourful 12mm switch caps and some handy potentiometers).

Good clicky switches, a step above the smaller ones that don't feel as nice. They fit very securely soldered through a prototype board.

Nice tactile switches. Nothing to complain about. Packaged in a block of foam to preserve the legs.

Made a 3 x 3 super mini macro keyboard and my friend became so entranced with the lovely click nature of it he made me build him one as a fidget toy. So I rebuilt it on an adafruit black proto board without the micro controller and he takes it everywhere. I can see what he means, really satisfying to press!
