This adapter converts a USB-C power supply or cable into a micro-USB one, perfect for use with Raspberry Pi Zero and Raspberry Pi Pico boards.
Plug your fancy USB-C power supply into this handy adapter and power a micro-USB device without needing a separate micro-USB power supply. You could use it with:
- Raspberry Pi Zero / Zero W / Zero 2 W
- Older Raspberry Pi computers, such as Raspberry Pi 3 A+ or 3 B +
- Raspberry Pi Pico / Pico W / Pico W Aboard
- Any other device with a micro-USB power connector.
It passes power and data, which means it can also be used (in conjunction with a USB-C cable) to program microcontrollers over micro-USB serial.

I have many Raspberrys sll using power input connector micro usb. attaching the USB-C adapter to the raspberrypi its quite easy to to use a USB-C powersupply you dont have to worry which way the USB-C lead is connected to the raspberry device

Works a treat to power my Raspberry Pi 3B using my Raspberry Pi 5 PSU. This way I can use the same PSU when I decide to upgrade my Pi 3B to a Pi 4 or Pi 5 in the future. It's also easier to remove the power and put it back in again, using the Type C then it is the Micro USB, which is ideal for repetitive testing.
