The adaptor can be used to connect Pi Zero camera with integral (22-pin/0.5mm pitch) cable to full sized Raspberry Pi.
Or with a 22 pin 0.5mm pitch cable you can connect up a Pi Zero to a regular sized camera using a 22 pin 0.5 mm pitch and a 15 pin 1 mm pitch cable.
