Mini Speaker 4Ω (3W)

This little speaker is diminutive, but the sound it pumps out is surprisingly good. It is ideal for building your own small jukebox or radio with one of our audio boards!

The 4Ω 3W speaker measures 40x40x20mm, and comes with an approximately 35cm piece of wire (20AWG) attached with pre-tinned ends. The mounting holes will take an M2.5 bolt/screw and the hole centres are 32.5mm apart.

Great little speaker. Bought 4 of them for an interactive sculpture. Speakers work fine with dfrobot MP3 players. Just need to get the rest of it working...

A surprisingly powerful little speaker. I had low expectations for the size, but it works well and fits perfectly in the project I was putting it in. Great value for the price.

Fantastic speaker for the size and price. Used it with the 'Audio Amp SHIM (3W Mono Amp)' and fits great into my mini cartoon player project. Would definitely recommend

Well, sad to say that Pimoroni didn't come up with the goods this time. I ordered when there was an 'order within 2 hours and xx mins for same day despatch' notice and it didn't get despatched for a week. OK, maybe that was a blip but the shim was so loose on the GPIO that contact was intermittent so I had to solder it onto a spare booster header - not good. However it does now work but I could have done without the aggro.

Great little speaker. Attached to a MAX98357A 3W I2S amp breakout I got really clear and surprisingly loud audio from my RP2040 powered Circuit Python project.
