This gearmotor is a miniature brushed DC motor with a metal gearbox available in a range of gearing ratios depending on use.

- All of the micro metal gearmotors, except the 1006:1 variant, have the same physical dimensions, so one version can be easily swapped for another if your design requirements change.
- Long (12mm), 3 mm-diameter D-shaped metal output shaft.

perfect material. Gearmotors are provided with a PCB with headers to connect the power. Much better than the older gearmotors where you have to solder on the powerleads. Also, great when buying outside UK. I had no problems with customs. Products arived a few days later when the the order was placed. Very pleaced with this service and i will shop again at Pimoroni. Thumbs up !!

Never been so happy with a motor. Has a drawing and specs so it's easy to work and design with. Used it for a paddle boat. Worth the money.

too fast to control. buy a RPi 3A+ too, LiPo juice and triple check your robot's total weight.
