Standard Shipping Information

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Sheffield. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, UPS or DHL, and international shipping options vary depending on your destination.

Place your order before 2pm UK time on a weekday and we'll do our best to dispatch it the same day. Things can take a little longer when we're particularly busy, but we'll always send you an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

All Pimoroni orders are shipped with tracking. As soon as your order leaves us, we'll send you a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

Don't worry if the tracking doesn't spring into life straight away. It can take a little while for the first scan to appear after we've handed your parcel to the carrier, and there may be gaps between updates while it's travelling between depots or countries.

International orders can sometimes sit on the same tracking status for a few days while they're in transit or passing through customs. This doesn't necessarily mean your parcel has stopped moving - tracking will usually update again when it reaches the next stage of its journey.

If your order has gone beyond the estimated delivery time and the tracking hasn't updated for a while, get in touch with our support team and we'll take a look.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. The times below are estimates from dispatch - customs, weather and other adventures beyond our control can occasionally slow things down.

Delivery times are estimates. Available services and the exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout.

VAT, import duties and customs

No surprise customs bills. We collect applicable taxes and import duties as part of your order and take care of getting them where they need to go.

European Union

Orders shipped to the EU include the appropriate local VAT and any applicable import duties. We collect these charges as part of your order and ship with duties and taxes paid, so you shouldn't be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.

This applies to orders of all values - including orders over €150.

Rest of world

For orders shipped outside the UK and EU, we collect any applicable import duties as part of your order and ship with duties paid. You shouldn't receive an additional bill for import duties when your parcel arrives.

Where local sales taxes or other charges apply, we'll show anything we're collecting from you during checkout.

USA

Orders to the USA are also shipped with applicable import duties and taxes paid. The amount due is calculated as part of your order, so there shouldn't be an unexpected customs bill when your parcel arrives.

If a courier or customs authority does unexpectedly ask you to pay VAT, duties or another import charge that you believe we've already collected, contact our support team before paying it and we'll help get things sorted.

As required for international shipments, we'll include accurate customs information with your parcel. We can't mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value than you've actually paid.

Shipping to PO boxes

DHL and UPS can't deliver to PO boxes or Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO). If you're shipping to one of these addresses, please choose another available service at checkout.

Where don't we ship?

Unfortunately there are some places we can't currently ship to, due to trade restrictions or problems reliably getting parcels there:
