Add 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connectivity to your Yukon project.
RM2 features the same two-in-one wireless and Bluetooth module that's found on Raspberry Pi Pico W / 2 W. We've mounted it on a Yukon module to make it easy to incorporate into your high-power projects. Give your creations the power to communicate wirelessly with online APIs, controllers and each other!
Features
- Raspberry Pi RM2 module (CYW43439), supporting IEEE 802.11 b/g/n wireless LAN, and Bluetooth
- Fully-assembled
- Compatible with Pimoroni Yukon
Software
The ability to set up wireless using custom pins is not currently included in upstream MicroPython (it should be included when v1.25 is released).
We've provided a custom MicroPython build so you can use wireless on Yukon in the meantime, but please bear in mind it is experimental, minimally documented and may be subject to change. You'll need to have your RM2 Wireless Module installed in Slot 5 for it to work.

- Measurements: 24 mm x 20 mm x 5.3 mm (L x W x H).
About Yukon
Yukon is a high-power modular robotics and engineering platform, built around Raspberry Pi's formidable RP2040 chip. It has slots for attaching interchangeable hardware modules for driving combinations of devices such as motors, servos, steppers, and LED strips, all from one board!
Featuring an XT30 connector, Yukon can be directly powered off 2 to 4 cell LiPo batteries (or any other 5 to 17V source), to deliver up to 15A continuous for your high-power projects. An e-Fuse with switchable output protects the board, along with voltage, current, and temperature sensors that can be monitored by your programs.
