E-ink and e-paper displays for Raspberry Pi, Pico and other microcontrollers, from tiny badges and HATs to big colour panels. You’ll find our own Inky range alongside bare e-paper panels, breakouts and dev boards for building into your own projects.
Choosing an e-ink display
E-paper looks great in bright sunlight and keeps showing its image even when the power is off. The display only needs power when changing its image, making e-ink a brilliant choice for low-power dashboards, calendars, weather stations, signs, labels and picture frames.
E-paper updates more slowly than LCD or OLED, so it’s best suited to information that changes occasionally rather than animation or video.
Inky Impression brings beautiful colour e-paper to your Raspberry Pi. Available in 4”, 7.3” and 13.3” sizes, with Spectra 6 options for particularly vibrant colours. Great for digital art, photographs and information displays.
Inky Frame combines a colour e-paper display with a wireless Raspberry Pi Pico, so you can build standalone projects that don’t need a separate computer. With battery support and ultra-low-power operation, it’s ideal for displays that run for months between charges. Available in 4”, 5.7” and 7.3” sizes.
Inky pHAT and Inky wHAT are compact e-paper displays that plug straight into your Raspberry Pi, perfect for status displays, labels and smaller projects. Pico Inky Pack brings the same idea to Raspberry Pi Pico.
Badger 2350 takes e-paper on the move, combining a programmable e-ink badge with buttons, battery power and MicroPython. Make your own name badge, wearable dashboard or pocket-sized gadget.
