A USB-C carrier board for the reusable, ESP32-S3 based EdgeS3[D] module.
Edge Carrier board is a build of the reference design available in GitHub. You can use this board to develop with your EdgeS3[D] (and future Edge products) either as a temporary setup, or as a way to make your EdgeS3[D] a development board.
NOTE: This carrier does not ship with an EdgeS3[D]. The board shown in the image above is for illustrative purposes only.
Features & Specifications
Why does it have a 3V3 header pin and LED?
This allows you to see the 3V3 regulator on the EdgeS3[D] board is getting power and working correctly. If you are planning to use your carrier board for prototyping on your EdgeS3[D], you can connect external peripherals to the 3V3 header pin.
Why does the carrier ship with?
Each pack contains a pre-assembled PCB, 2 sets of Male and Female 20pin 2.54mm headers, a 4 pin male header and an M2x4mm mounting screw to hold your EdgeS3[D] board in place.
