The power is supplied on the LED shield, but controlled by the power switch on the sensor. Once the stack is assembled, snap on some electrodes and stick the sensor on the target muscle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003ca href=\"\/en-eu\/products\/myoware-muscle-sensor\"\u003eMyoWare Muscle Sensor\u003c\/a\u003e to which this shield attaches is an Arduino-powered, all-in-one electromyography (EMG) sensor from Advancer Technologies. The MyoWare board acts by measuring the filtered and rectified electrical activity of a muscle, outputting 0-Vs Volts depending on the amount of activity in the selected muscle, where Vs signifies the voltage of the power source.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNote:\u003c\/strong\u003e The \u003ca href=\"\/en-eu\/products\/myoware-power-shield\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eMyoWare Power Shield\u003c\/a\u003e and the MyoWare LED Shield both provide power, but at slightly different voltages.
