Recharge the battery through the USB Type C connector and its dedicated LiPo charging circuit set to a charge rate of 40mA. This board also includes status LEDs for charging (CHG, FULL, power (VIN), and envelope (ENV). Connecting the MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensor to battery power allows for a cleaner signal while also eliminating the possibility of creating a dangerous current path to the power grid.
